Believ backs major LEVI deal for Hampshire County Council
Council-led rollout adds destination and rapid chargers across Hampshire, increasing public bay availability for EvReserve drivers.
Hampshire County Council has secured a significant Local EV Infrastructure (LEVI) partnership with Believ, targeting on-street and destination charging across the county. LEVI-funded projects typically mix AC destination bays with selective rapid hubs near town centres.
For drivers, council-led rollouts improve overnight and dwell-time charging where home charging is impractical. EvReserve lists public locations as they go live, with filters for connector type and bookable sites where CPOs enable reservations.
Policy-backed expansion also strengthens the case for cross-network apps: drivers should not need a different login for every council contractor. EvReserve is designed to absorb new partners as they join established roaming networks.
